The GEB Network, composed of more than 100 local insurancecompanies, is one of the leading partners in the international employeebenefits management field, servicing more than 1,500 international corporatecustomers.

The DigitalMarketing Specialist role has a global remit, based in Luxembourg, and willassume responsibility for all GEB digital marketing platforms This is adata-driven role working closely with other members of the marketing &distribution team, with the communication department and with the salesorganization to maximise business opportunities and improve our digitalmarketing effectiveness.

The rolehas a strong focus on account-based marketing, lead generation and conversionoptimisation, supporting global and regional B2B sales targets.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Manageall our digital marketing platforms, including CRM (SalesForce) and automation,website content management system (CMS), email marketing, surveys, videostreaming and more;
  • Plan,measure, report and improve digital campaigns and activity, including (but notexclusively) LinkedIn, e-newsletters, webinars, display advertising,Pay-Per-Click (PPC), website and Search Engine Optimization (SEO);
  • Review,manage and update our public website and client, member and staff portals,improving user experience and optimising conversion rates on a regular basis;
  • Produceour digital marketing dashboard, including analysis of digital activity resultson a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (using Google Analytics, Google DataStudio and other tools);
  • Bethe Salesforce champion improving automation rules and workflow, ensuringsales and marketing team are aligned on campaigns, helping with keeping contactdatabase up-to-date, coaching team as required;
  • Developvideo content to improve engagement of our target audiences;
  • Liaisewith digital suppliers, manage and approve platform users, train other membersof the team to use our systems correctly;
  • Overseeweb maintenance and implementation of our Life Time Partner customerjourneys reporting bugs, raising andchasing helpdesk tickets, conducting security reviews, testing new features onUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) site, and supporting management and deployment ofservice releases on our website and portals;
  • Conductregular web content quality audits to ensure our website and portals are ofgreat standard;
  • Identifydata and insights relevant for our business, and optimise spend and performancebased on these insights;
  • Contributeto the global marketing plan by advising on best use of digital channels andbecome a champion for digital best practice in the team.

    The idealcandidate will meet the following requirements :

    Degreein Marketing (or strong experience in digital marketing area in the serviceindustry)

    Atleast 3 years of experiences in similar position is required

    Experiencein global organizations, with scope across different geographies is required

    Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to interact across all levels of anorganisation including board level

    Ableto work independently as well as in a team

    Enjoyworking in a changing and fast-paced intercultural environment

    Strongability to think strategically, creatively and out-of-the-box

    Proactiveand solution-oriented; make it happen attitude and pioneering spirit

    Results-orientedand able to measure success

    Strongcommunication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting

    Stronganalytical and project management skills

    Excellentknowledge of digital tools including CMS, SalesForce, automation, webanalytics, email marketing platforms, social media (LinkedIn), ad serving, MSOffice package and content management Software Drupal

    Workingknowledge of HTML and CSS

    AdobeCreative Suite and / or video editing experience

    Fluentin English and any other language would be considered an asset

    Flexibleand entrepreneurial approach to work, willing to take on new challenges andlook for new ways of doing things. The role will be based in a dynamic companyand, as part of a specialized technical team, will require good multi-taskingand supporting of colleagues.

    As such you will be able to manage a wide rangeof projects and tasks with multiple deadlines
