We are looking for a Receptionist Administrative Assistant (m / f) Temporary contract (one year - Replacement during maternity and parental leave) to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
As an important member within the administrative department, you will be responsible for our reception service as well as assist our professionals.
Job description : Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls Perform various other duties for the benefit of fellow employees to facilitate their specific missions or their daily tasks (management agendas, formatting documents, drafting notes of meetings, etc.).
Ensure the maintenance of the reception area and brand image of the company Manage and prepare meeting rooms Assist in organization of events Update and manage the agendas Organize lunches when necessary Ordering and managing office supplies Handle incoming and outgoing mails, courier services including sorting, distribution, writing, sending, tracking and filing Replace and reorganize the office environment for new joiners Make business trip arrangements Manage the archiving system of the company Your profile : Bac +2 level or equivalent, you demonstrate experience of at least 3 years in an administrative function or similar Fluency in French and English Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good presentation Self-
organized and able to work accurately Team-oriented and pro-active Discretion and confidentiality Working hours : 9h-18h with one hour break Being a real interface within the Company, you will build trust and strong working relationships and ensure quality service to your colleagues based on your flexibility, integrity, interpersonal skills, team spirit, discretion as well as your sense of organization and management priorities.
