    For our Group Headquarters in Luxembourg , we are looking for an IT Business Partner for Procurement and Hazelnut Company (Hco) department.

    The incumbent will have to define the IT strategy of managed processes related to Procurement & HCo by collecting business’ priorities from the main stakeholders such as Central IT Business Partners, Group Application Management (GAM) and Infrastructure Technology & Security (ITS) teams.

    For Procurement functions :

  • Identifies, designs and delivers business process solutions to improve the overall value and business performance;
  • Is responsible for the identification of costs and for supporting the achievement of business benefits;
  • Oversees the IT Global Process roadmap and the alignment with the IT Application roadmap for the process of responsibility.

    For Hazelnut Company (HCo) :

    Oversees IT activities related to each business function currently running within the HCo in coordination with other Central ITBPs, GAM and ITS teams.

    Main Responsibilities :

  • Is responsible for the strategy definition of the process’ evolution under responsibility;
  • Contributes to the strategy and evolution of IT processes and IT service level specifically for Procurement and HCo.

  • Is responsible for budget’s coordination by process and trade offs’ management.

  • Targets, filters and prioritizes global demand by acting as the single point of contact for business stakeholders while being the IT responsible of the process from end-to-end;
  • Assesses business requirements based on IT’s Global Process existing portfolio in order to leverage as much as possible existing solutions while helps prioritizing investment based on business benefit criteria and taking into consideration IT constraints;
  • Manages business requirements and helps investments’ prioritization based on business benefits, IT and business constraints as well as on Group IT Strategy.

  • Promotes relevant innovation to business in alignment with Procurement & HCo needs collected / foreseen by the business;
  • Acts as the reference point for IT innovation in Procurement & HCo, before going to the Business.

  • Is responsible of customer satisfaction of central and local stakeholders by defining and monitoring performance and service level agreements together with other IT Functions;
  • Is responsible of the interaction with internal clients assuring the best service level;
  • Ensures agreement of business on service levels and related budget topics;
  • Provides regular and effective communication to Business stakeholders on Group IT services.

  • Is responsible for the functional design and architecture of IT solutions, based on Procurement business needs;
  • Is responsible for ensuring the delivery of an effective level of IT solution that is aligned with business’ requirements, measured through KPIs to ensure alignment with other IT counterparts, effectiveness and costs’ minimization;
  • Foresees new business functionality based on HCo business’ needs and opportunities derived from market trends;
  • Ensures and monitors compliance with the Group’s GRC guidelines, audit requirements and IT Functional Control Standards.

  • Identifies process’ improvement areas to drive new business functionality and decide about the evolution of the process of responsibility;
  • Leads process improvement initiatives;
  • Contributes to the management and optimization of applications running and maintenance costs.

  • Coordinates and optimizes IT sourcing models according to Group IT sourcing strategy.
  • Who we are looking for :

    Profile :

  • Master Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science Economics or other related fields;
  • At least 15 years of work experience;
  • International mindset;
  • Previous experience already matured in an equivalent position or within a Procurement organization will be considered an asset;
  • Deep knowledge of Business Procurement process framework is required (i.e. Master Data, P2P, Procurement Performance Management, Contract Management, Spend Analysis, Rfx Sourcing, Supplier Management, Order Management, Source-to-Pay, Vendor Master Data Management);
  • Strategic thinking and planning;

  • IT Skills :

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office;
  • SAP ERP system's knowledge as a user is mandatory;
  • SAP Ariba knowledge will be considered a plus.
  • Languages Skills :

  • Fluency in English;
  • Knowledge in Italian and French will be considered a plus.
