Examine the way the organization operates, considering its long-term performance goals and processes and recommend ways it can work more seamlessly to achieve overall improvements.
Before developing work strategies, perform research on specific business units to determine the issues it faces.
Diagnose problems with a department's current operating model in order to redesign, reconstruct, and monitor processes to ensure they are effective.
Once the implemented changes are tested for their effectiveness, you'll work to update and further improve solutions.
Collaborate closely with IT Business Partners in assessing business requests and analysing benefit models.
Support the change management team in evaluating the process impacts and define the different initiatives to mitigate process impacts.
Bachelor degree in business administration or engineering
SixSigma Green / Black belt is a plus
Certificate in Change Management is a plus
Experience in Agile methodology and Implementing new Operating Models is a plus
Skills / Experience :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Proficiency with a variety of Microsoft programs
Experience analyzing large data sets
Research and design
5 years experience in similar roles : product manager, business analyst, business consultant
Outstanding level of English, other EU languages are a plus.
