ING Luxembourg is looking for : IT Business Intelligence & Analytics Team Leader (m / f) In order to enforce the IT department, ING Luxembourg is looking for a full time Business Intelligence & Analytics Team Leader on an permanent contract.

Job description In an Agile / DevOps environment organized in Tribes / Squads, your are in charge of the Business Intelligence & Analytics expertise (knowledge regarding application, infrastructure, ) and you it them with the contribution of your team to ensure sustainability, compliancy, knowledge sharing, related tooling efficiency and long term vision definition of those assets.

Expert in your domain, you spend time on building up expertise in your team and you are enthusiastic about transferring your knowledge to others.

At the same time, you are also the one who handle personal development , coaching & assessment of around approximately 15 members of your team.

  • You gather feedback from the tribes where your people are allocated and you share it with them. You are taking part to the definition and execution of the IT Strategy of ING Luxembourg via the IT Management team ;
  • you are also an intermediary between your team and the senior management.You spend 50% of your time as Product Owner of the Business Intelligence Center of Expertise.

    As Product Owner, your roles are :

  • Own and share the product vision
  • Maximize business value through defining, ordering and prioritization of the Product Backlog
  • Responsible for the what’ in a Squad, hence ensures that functional and non-functional requirements are addressed for all stakeholders.

  • Has the experience and specialized knowledge related to its function as Ops Engineer, Dev Engineer, Feature Engineer or Architect, the IT Chapter Lead :
  • Has experience in leadership roles in Agile teams and in functional management

  • Has knowledge of the business of the tribes he works in.

  • Very strong communication & presentation skills (telling selling)
  • To be able to influence, challenge and convince not only peers but also the stakeholders
  • To be capable to take decisions at tactical and / or strategic level and therefore build a trusted relationship with senior management level
  • To be a team player and have a valuable contribution to the collective goals both regarding the concrete deliverables and the teamwork on itself.
  • A Master degree and / or minimal 5 years of relevant experience in engineering (ops or dev), banking sector or management
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of English and French
