To support our growth, we are currently seeking for an IT Project Manager. Job purpose Manage medium complexity projects from the definition of the business requirements to the implementation of a new solution (software and infrastructure) within the organization.
Major duties and responsibilities :
Collect needs and support a project requestor to define the project scope.
Document the business requirements and transform to functional and system requirements
Support the project sponsor to create and handle the business case
Ensure compliance with budget, time frames, scope, quality and other project requirements
Ensure compliance with KPMG policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget
Evaluate and manage the risks and impacts within the projects
Compile project reports and report progress to project’s stakeholders
Report on project portfolio management tool used by IT PMO
Facilitate the collaboration with the project stakeholders
Take the lead on project administration tasks
Ensure the quality of all project ;
Coach junior PM
Suggest improvement from an operational point of view
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
4 years of experience in an IT department and 2 years of experience in project management
Knowledge in project management methodology (Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, Scrum, etc.)
Knowledge of the legal environment
Business skills & methods
IT general knowledge skills (Software, systems, )
Understanding of software development life cycle
Good knowledge of the MS Pack office
Knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project
Strong analytical skills, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills
