Your Role...

You will be part of our dynamic Bureau de Fundraising (BdF), the central fundraising office of the University of Luxembourg that covers all activities related to donations.

The overall purpose of the Fundraising Administrator role is to provide the Head of BdF and the team with administrative support with regards to day to day fundraising activities and projects, within standards and in respect of procedures.

Main tasks

  • Provide general administrative support with regards to fundraising activities
  • Supervise incoming donation transactions
  • Submit and track documents processed through our contract management systems including but not limited to : donor letters, contracts, service contracts, NDAs, etc.
  • Maintain donor records on our Salesforce CRM
  • Assist the Senior Advisor to maintain standard office activity reporting, rectorate reporting and reporting to the board
  • Generate fundraising reports to the Head of BdF
  • Expand use of our CRM (Salesforce and Pardot) to support added activities of the BdF Office
  • Respond to and manage fundraising enquiries
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of fundraising events
  • What we expect from you

  • Higher vocational certificate or diploma or equivalent by experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong administrative background
  • Detail oriented
  • Track record in experience of supporting projects and implementations
  • Analytical and summarizing skills, self-sufficient and energetic, good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong competence in communication with internal and external partners
  • French, English fluent in both spoken and written (German and / or Luxembourgish is an asset)
