Within Quality & Monitoring team, which is in charge of the operational efficiency and cost management, you will participate in five large transversals projects : -
Design and review of the operational processes for the whole Back Office and publication on a dedicated SharePoint site -
Draw Risks profile for the designated teams - Being the guarantor of a continuous improvement in the Back Office activities by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting improvements and solutions -
Assuring the correct application and follow-up - Contribution to the business activity monitoring More specifically, you will share and explain the Lean Management processes already introduced in some services to the whole Back Office activities with the support of the Quality & Monitoring team.
Thus, the missions below will be entrusted to you : - Contribute to the definition and the sharing of the methodology (tools, governance ) -
Contribute to the first macro analysis step via workshops organization and field observations - Measure, synthesize and analyze the collected data -
Propose ideas enabling to make processes more efficiency - Deploy improvement axes in partnership with the concerned teams -
Support the teams during the Change Management if necessary - Execute the monitoring tools of the Lean project in order to control progress via key indicators (KPI / KRI) Exigences obligatoires You have : · Fourth-
year university level or Master degree level in Economy or Finance.
