The Marketing Officer will be based in the Communications Department. Working in close cooperation with the web and social media team, the Marketing Officer will develop and implement the university’s marketing plan to enhance the university’s visibility and reputation with its various stakeholders.
Main responsibilities :
Develop, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the University, its study programmes and events, with a focus on online tools such as web videos or study choice platforms, and using online tools such as online advertising and marketing, social media and cross media campaigns
Develop written and visual content for print and digital media and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Coordinate the production of video content for corporate and promotional campaigns
Liaise with suppliers and agencies ensuring quality standards and budgets are met
Develop and execute search engine marketing and optimization campaigns for the university
Identify new online marketing opportunities and trends
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing content role
Strong experience with Google Analytics & SEO
Familiar with digital marketing best practices
Excellent technical, analytical and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
Accurate with good attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Strong Excel skills
Indesign skills considered an advantage
Spoken and written fluency in English, French and German desired
