To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for a : Private Capital Transaction Framing Officer (M / F) Permanent contract Your mission : A transversal role that focuses on providing our Private Capital clients with Middle Office services and Portfolio Follow up :

Cash Management for a selection of clients from funding via Capital Call or Debt to deal financing

Production of reporting to assist the client in monitoring the activity of its fund

Assistance to the clients in amounts available for distribution to investors

Collaboration with clients’ lenders for Debt Financing Management

Hedging Management

Portfolio follow up in FIA (Efront) for all types of Private Capital Strategies

Operate as the point of contact for clients in regards with their portfolio and their cash management

Develop and maintain relationships with clients often through regular meetings and phone calls

Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner

Collaboration with services within BNPP such as Fund Accounting, Transfer Agent, Client Account Manager :

Provide the Fund Admin teams with sufficient data to perform their duties

Talk to other departments in the bank in order to facilitate clients requests

Ensure close cooperation on transversal issues with different departments within the bank

Create a relationship with the client in order to provide tailor made services :

Creation of dedicated and appropriated reporting

Being attentive to the client’s needs and propose solution to the manager of the Transaction Framing team

Involvement in the development of the team, the processes and the tools :

Assistance in the training of the new joiners

Sharing ideas in the evolution of the processes and the types of reporting

Assistance in the implementation and development of the tool FIA (Efront)

Your profile : Education : Master Degree in Finance or equivalent Professional Experience : Experience in the Private Capital / PERE industry of at least 2 years.

Behavioural Skills : Ability to collaborate / TeamworkOrganizational skillsCommunication skills - oral & written Transversal Skills : Analytical Ability Technical Skills : Experience in accounting, audit, depositary, will be considered as a strong asset.

Language Skills : English is mandatory, French and / or German are strongly appreciated. During the finalization of the recruitment process, the preselected candidate will be asked to provide us an extract from his / her criminal record dated less than 3 months (record N 3 for Luxembourg), according to the dispositions of the law from July concerning the criminal record.
