Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. is engaged in the business of providing Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Advisory services for corporate and private clients.

In order to reinforce its team, ideally as from January 2022, our Bank is currently looking for a :

Client Documentation Unit Intern 6 months internship

CDU is a key control component of the Bank. The main objective of the team is the client Due Diligence from a KYC / AML perspective during the onboarding of the client as well as the ongoing reviews during the lifetime of the relationship.

CDU ensures timely execution of the AML / KYC processes in partnership with Client Relationship Managers and Compliance and participates in the creation of client satisfaction.

Moreover, the CDU also interacts with various other support functions within the Bank, including IT, Back and Middle Office.

Requirements

You will have the opportunity to learn the following :

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of department processes and business requirements

Assist in administrative tasks related to the customer onboarding and client due diligence process.

Opening accounts and maintaining customer data in the Bank’s systems Analyzing, inputting and correcting clients static data and performing compliance checks for prospect and existing clients

Support client data related projects in relation to AML / KYC regulatory aspects.

Qualifications :

University studies in Economics, Banking / Finance or Legal

Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English

Skills :

Analytical problem solving skills Highly organized and have an excellent attention to detail. Planning, organization and strong follow-up skills Self-motivated, team oriented and hands on personality, comfortable with a fast paced work environment.

Good interpersonal skill skills
