An independent financial services provider is looking for a Junior AML / KYC Officer for its Luxembourg office. They provide great services to their clients and spend a great deal of time to deliver valuable ;
The company is regulated by the CSSF and deliver services such as ; transfer agency, domiciliation and central administration services to different kind of investment ;
Currently in a heavy period of growth, they are hiring for different positions.
As a Junior in the compliance team, you would report to the Senior Compliance Officer or MLRO and Conducting Officer of the company.
You can find below some of the major tasks that will be ;
Tasks :
Dealing with AML / KYC / FATCA or CRS requests;
Verification and screenings of counterparties;
Dealing with database inputs and filings such as resolution of data quality problems, identification,
Preparation of checklists and risk assessments;
Transaction monitoring review;
Evaluation of large dataset;
Periodic screenings monitoring and risk assessments;
Checking compliance documents for 3rd parties (UBO, FATCA&CRS, MiFID );
Involved in Internal / external reporting;
Preparation of Suspicious Activity / Transaction Reports.
Profile :
A first relevant experience in Compliance (investment funds is a plus)
Diploma in Finance, Economics or Law
Fluent in French and English
Good communication skills
Pro-active mindset
Open to learn
The position is available immediately , the salary packege will be up to 40k-42k depending on your profile and experiences. The company offers :
