MANAGER LEGAL & CORPORATE SERVICES (M / F)

THE JOB :

DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to represent a highly reputable important financial services company in its search for a Manager Legal & Corporate Services.

The incumbent acts as a true mentor for a dynamic team of passionate and talented people and manages the strategy and structuring of a broad portfolio of international clients.

Key responsibilities :

  • Working closely with your clients to structure their lease, finance, securitisation, bond issues, holding structures and private equity funds as well as corporate governance.
  • Organizing board meetings : collating board packs, preparing agendas and invitations, taking detailed minutes, drafting resolutions and lodging required filings, ensuring follow-up on action points and circulation of executed resolutions to the board members.
  • Guiding your clients through more complex legal issues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Finance.
  • Maintaining accurate legal records.
  • Actively participating as a core member of your team and helping them sustain the strong reputation of our client.
  • Actively managing team members.
  • THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years holding company experience in a corporate services provider company, law firm, real estate / private equity investment firm or holding company.
  • Good command of paralegal and legal related matters.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory framework in Luxembourg.
  • Ability University graduate, preferable in law.
  • An excellent level in both written and spoken English. German is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to build relationships easily, friendly personality.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • THE CLIENT :
