Intern LEAN - Organisation / Process Improvement (m / f)
Under convention between 4 and 6 months
Your mission :
You will join a team specialized in Lean Thinking and Agile Methods. The objective of this team is to improve the efficiency of our processes and our Organization and to create a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
You will participate in a LEAN intervention or project conducted in AGILE mode to add value by eliminating non-value-added tasks, improving quality, improving turnaround times for responding to our customers and creating a work environment that encourages the development and learning of new skills.
To do so, you will benefit from the coaching of a specialist in the implementation of process improvement projects in the Services sector.
Your main tasks :
Participate in the diagnosis of a process by teaching employees to :
identify requests and tasks with no added value.
measure the capacity of the process to meet the demand
identify the causes of this non-value added on the processes
Develop a target process with the Business and IT employees by allowing them to question the organization of work (skills, principles, etc.
while integrating technological innovations
Support business and IT teams in the implementation of the target flow as part of the AGILE project
Provide the business lines with the methods and tools to support continuous improvement.
The contributions of the internship
Acquire the basic principles of Lean Management and Agile Methods (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Develop in an Agile role (product owner, scrum master)
Understand the complexity of transformation projects and methodologies for managing change
Understand the link between Lean Management and Technological Innovation (Digitalisation, Master Data Management, BPM, RPA,...)
Your profile :
You are a student in the School of Business, Engineering and Information Technology (level Bac +4 to Bac +5),
A specialization in "Operational Excellence" or project management would be an asset.
You have a good knowledge of office automation tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio,...)
You have good writing skills
You are creative and able to work independently
You are fluent in French and English, read and written.
