Assist the Talent Development team in training project deliveries
Liaise with internal and external services providers in the context of training organization
Act as a project manager on specific training events like onboarding
Manage study leave follow-up with the Ministry of Education
Ensure the administrative follow-up of the training sessions
Ensure regular reporting towards the HR Management

Qualifications : e ligibility requirements include the following :
You follow a master’s degree, specialized in HR.
You are fluent in French and English.
You are rigorous, organized, flexible and detail oriented.
You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are client-oriented, a problem solver, a flexible team worker and able to manage stressful situations.
You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
