Role Summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to support the WWSI Partner Solution Architect technical programs.
You will be responsible for driving, executing and monitoring of various AWS Partner Technical enablement programs within EMEA.
These programs are aimed to increase the technical capabilities of our AWS Services Partners. A successful technical program manager leverage their technical depth, management and leadership capabilities to pro-actively identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate where appropriate to drive a high bar.
You will play an active role in building the future state of Partner skill validation programs, creating technical content with multiple teams, develop training and implementation plans, and build requirements for applications to support these programs.
You will be tasks to create new mechanisms or deprecating existing systems and processes that are no longer needed to ensure operational efficiency.
All these efforts require you to work with multiple business and technical teams in and / or across organizations as well as work directly with our AWS Partner community.
You will have have a proven track record in building and scaling successful technical enablement programs for internal and external stakeholders.
You will have strong communication, product building, and program management skills. You will also have experience and skills associated with building out and driving technical programs from scratch with success indicators built in, with an ability to look around corners.
As an effective Technical Program Manager you will collect data from multiple sources including client, partner and AWS internal teams and compile it into a digestible and actionable format.
You will track key performance indicators to help support the lifecycle of a program and ensure sustainability. You will provide workstream status updates to stakeholders and business leaders up to executive levels.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results.
This role could involve up to 20% travel.
