About the Role :

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are looking for a Workplace Management and General Procurement Controller.

The role is focused on managing procurement and finance partnership supporting them during their activities, being responsible for financial planning and contribute to institutional presentation of the General Procurement.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Deliver monthly financial report comparing actual data with budget and Group guidelines defining any potential risks or opportunities in terms of P&L impact;
  • Support General Services and General Procurement function during their ordinary activities and during planning period, providing historical analysis and considering the Group guidelines;
  • Ensure the Procurement Performance measurement through the Efficiency Tracking Tool that includes validation, training and quality check rather than prepare a periodic Efficiency Report ;
  • Manage the Spend Analysis of the General Procurement categories using IT Tools (PowerBI apps, SQL database);
  • Develop business cases, contribute to present major contract and investment proposals;
  • Manage Interim resource and available for IT support.
  • Who we are looking for :

    Profile :

  • University degree in Finance or related;
  • 2-4 years’ experience, in controlling roles (a mix of Procurement or Analytical Business previous roles are a plus);
  • Ability to work under pressure and in changing environment;
  • Good interpersonal skills and team-working;
  • Solid analytical skills and accuracy;
  • Budgeting, profit analysis, overheads management skills.
  • IT Skills :

  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word);
  • SAP system knowledge (FI-CO, MM) and programming languages (e.g. SQL, DAX) considered a plus
  • Strong Presentation skills across a range of applications (Power Point, PowerBI)
  • Languages :

  • Fluent in oral and written English;
  • Other languages are considered a plus.
