party businesses who offer their products on the platform. Today more than 50% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third party sellers.

Amazon is looking for a smart, team-oriented, highly analytical leader to join as GM for Europe's Seller Self-Service Recruiting and Development organization.

Your core role will be to manage the seller self-service recruiting / sales pipeline and help drive the financial performance, growth, seller experience and customer experience of the EU businesses.

In this role, you will manage an annual revenue target that exceeds one hundred million and drives thousands of new seller launches.

You will be responsible for :

Business Operations

Goal Setting on your team and aligned with WW teams

Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and external agencies

Technologies to engage sellers in a one-to-many fashion

Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, insights and analysts, legal, and PR to deliver high quality channel management and programs

Continually raise the bar on development of new tests and garner learnings across website, blog, email and sales enablement channels with a customer-first focus

Develop mechanisms, processes, and measurement of all channels to understand what is working and what needs improvement across channels

Enable partner marketing teams and product marketing to leverage channels to drive adoption for new products and services

Own operations and prioritization of channel resources; conduct monthly business reviews and annual resource planning

Ability to identify global stakeholder needs, implement prioritization

  • Experience managing and developing a high performance team
  • Extensive experience in management consulting / product / operations / sales management
  • Analytical skills with the ability and appetite to get deep into the data when required
  • Language requirement : Advanced English language skills
  • Ability to interact with and influence senior Amazon leaders
  • Master's degree
  • Experience in e-commerce is advantageous
  • Highly organised and results oriented
  • Ability to think strategically and to drive the detailed execution of specific initiatives
  • Written and verbal communication skills
