Missions :


  • Single point of contact internally and with SuccessFactors for contract, licenses, change requests, audit, legal, procurement and GDPR aspects
  • Provides support with system configuration (setting parameters, no development / coding) for all SuccessFactors modules and documents and maintains accurate and thorough HRIS admin and end-
  • user processes and procedures

  • Enhancement analysis, technological follow-up and process review : tracks market developments in HR industry, analyzes group-
  • wide / local HR processes and makes recommendations to business process owners for improvements through

    SuccessFactors new releases

  • Group access review : Ensures that accesses, role permissions, reporting relationships are up-to-date and accurate
  • Manages data imports / exports to ensure integrity of data
  • Reporting and administrative tasks (Interfaces, SAP HR access...)
  • Day-to-day support for all KBL entities :

  • Collaborates with internal (mainly Local HR admins) and external stakeholders (SuccessFactors Customer Support Team or Implementation partners) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Unique point of contact for Service Desk regarding technical issues in SF
  • End-users assistance (connection issues)
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • HR analyst background preferred
  • Project and Change Management expertise is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience
  • Compétences :

  • Excellent knowledge of (Group) HR processes and proven ability to quickly learn systems, process, procedures
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment (close collaboration with the local HR representatives), mainly in English
  • Commitment to provide exceptional service to clients within the business
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the proven ability to take initiative
  • Excellent problem-solving skills by demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, analytical thinking and determination
  • High level of confidentiality and flexibility are expected (as part of a small team, be prepared to step out from the role to
  • support others if required)

  • Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Langues :

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
  • Good command of French
  • German and / or Dutch is a plus
