We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to Solution, design, develops, and provides production support to our business partners, mainly Front Office FX Desks , Operations and Risk teams .
Team / Culture : Collaboration with business stakeholders and IT development team .
Daily Responsibilities :
Deliver enhancement requests( analysis, development and unit tests ) .and provide Kondor Suite Third Level support.
Certifications : any Kondor, CFA, RiskManagement certification is a plus .
What program / technology / software knowledge is essential for this role and in what capacity will the successful candidate be using it :
Kondor expertize in terms of developing solution , ability to handle production issues in a stressful environment are essential .
Must Have Skills :
A proven track record of previous experience as Technical support for End Users is required .
Good knowledge of business
minimum of 5 years experience in development or similar role
Sound knowledge of project management activities and governance
Good understanding of IT systems & environments
Sound financial industry knowledge
Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble-shoot, solve problems and implement appropriate solutions
Good English Language( written , spoken )
Kondor product expertize ( database schema, processes, customization, confiuguration). K+TP and KGR will be a Plus.
SQL, troubleshooting and performance expertize
E-Trading platforms experience ( Account, Users , ) such as Bloomberg, MarkitSrv, FXALL, ET etc
Very good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
Nice to Have Skills : Architecture background
Soft Skills :
Able to work in different support time zones
Good communication skills
Service-oriented approach & mindset
Relevant Educational Background (Finance / IT)
Other languages are considered an advantage
Demonstrated organizational skills
Sound knowledge of cross location operations environment
