Funds Lawyer : The role

You will be the person of contact and liaise with notaries, lawyers, public administrations, banks, investors

You will analyse the financial framework of investment proposals, monitor the development of the portfolios

You provide support to your team and respond to all their demands

You will analyse and evaluate ongoing regulatory requirements to ensure that policies and procedures are and stay compliant will all the company's departments

You will be in contact with foreign clients and provide them a high-quality service

Funds Lawyer : The Profile

You have a proven experience of at least 4 years in a similar position

You have a bachelor's degree in the field

You have extended knowledge of Private Equity & Real Estate

You are fluent in English and Italian , any other language is an asset

You can multitask and work in a flexible manner

You are motivated and ambitious : the idea of actively participating in the development of company's activities in new markets interests and drives you

You are a team player and always ready to give a helping hand to your teammates
