Your tasks :

  • Providing specific and general administrative support to the team;
  • Preparing and following-up assistance for client ;
  • Preparing documents for internal and external meetings;
  • Taking care of expense forms and mission orders;
  • Taking care of incoming calls;
  • Organizing meetings and travels;
  • Managing electronic diaries, schedules and meetings for the Partner.
  • Your profile :

  • A degree in administration, assistantship or secretarial support
  • Previous experience as assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, efficiency and flexibility;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work flow.
