Their main areas of expertise are national and international tax advice, chartered accountancy, corporate finance, payroll activities, corporate and trust services, administration of securitization entities.
Job Description Drawing on your existing experience in Tax Law and International Taxation in Luxembourg you will be responsible for advice on international tax implications for our financial services clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing and holding activities.
This will include Tax structuring advice (Luxembourg and cross border), pre and post completion Tax planning.
You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will be involved in tax compliance actions.
You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, banks and other external parties, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-
centric solutions also ensuring we meet our legal and contractual requirements.
Compliance and regulations has never been more complex; you’ll need to ensure we comply and meet our KYC obligations by preparing, monitoring and maintaining robust client files, safeguarding from potential risks.
You will demonstrate a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of complex Tax concepts.
You will manage and develop relationships with portfolio companies highlighting Tax planning opportunities.

Qualifications Master or Bachelors degree or equivalent certification in Tax law, Business Law, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in International Taxation and Luxembourg Taxation and / or in providing Transaction Tax advice on the Luxembourgish market You have a proven track record of business development capabilities, i.e.
successfully identifying, initiating and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities You are fluent in English and French, any other language being an advantage.
You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, including strong writing, research and analytical skills.
