As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
In this role, you will participate in the realisation of strategic studies and implementation of projects for PwC clients, in Luxembourg and / or Europe.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Collecting and analysing the clients' business needs as well as functional and non-functional requirements;
Providing technical expertise for the design of architectures solutions;
Managing the implementation of technical solutions (or being part of the project team) from strategy to operations. This will include management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholders, etc.;
Contributing to the development of the business through client relationship management and bidding process.
Graduated in IT Technology with at least a master's degree, you have 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting services firms, systems integrators companies or large IT / CIO departments;
You have a strong experience managing projects related to the implementation of large scale IT systems at the infrastructure level (typically network, storage, virtualisation);
You have good knowledge on IT infrastructure aspects (Datacentres, Cloud, Networking, Unified Communications and Collaboration) and on the most recent developments in these domains (Software-
Defined Datacentres, Software-Defined Networks, Amazon Web Services, Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments, Skype for Business, WebEx Teams, etc.);
You have worked on international projects and have proven a real leadership in managing technical team and communicating to stakeholders;
You are comfortable with project management (eg. Prince 2, PMP) and leading presentations for different types of audience (top management, experts, etc.);
You acquired experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications or Public Sector;
You have excellent writing skills;
You are able to combine technical / specialist knowledge with business consulting skills, to work directly with management and employees at different clients with minimal supervision;
You have an excellent command of English (both written and oral). French is a distinctive asset;
You are able to build strong client relationships;
You are flexible and mobile (travels will occur).
