We are recruiting a full time position (40 hours) on a 1 year fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible. Missions : Billing : Creating, monitoring and closing new client and supplier files Preparing and issuing invoices, with special attention to detail especially the VAT Registering supplier invoices and monitoring their payment Collecting debt and handling disbursements Monitoring WIP (outstanding bills) and communicating the billing information to issue client invoices for the team members Recording the write-off on invoices Following deadlines and internal procedures Understanding the specific billing protocols for each client Coordinating with the finance and accounting teams located in Paris & Leeds (UK) Handling expenses for the lawyers Administration : Writing and answering correspondence Organising meetings (virtual and in-person) and business trips Opening new clients and matters in our systems and collecting the relevant KYC Formatting and e-filling of documents Printing, filing and archiving Organising office management (order and management of office supplies, negotiations with suppliers, etc) Coordinating with UK on Health and Safety procedures and office management for the Luxembourg office (for example : check of the First Aid kits, follow-up on fire safety procedures, etc).
Skills and Experience : You have some professional experience as a billing assistant, ideally in a law firm A working command of English and French is essential as we work in an international environment An excellent knowledge of the Pack Office is necessary You are a team player with good communication skills.
