Investment Funds Lawyers, 5 PQE
Dechert (Luxembourg) LLP is looking for senior lawyers in the field of investment funds.
Your qualifications :
You hold a university degree in law (Master 2), ideally complemented by an LL.M degree from an English or American university.
You are registered on List I / IV of the Luxembourg Bar.You possess 5 or more years of professional experience in the field of investment funds in a law firm in Luxembourg.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French; knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
You approach your work with high levels of rigour, organisation, discretion and confidentiality.You are dynamic and motivated to develop your skills in an international environment.
You are committed to offering clients excellent service and actionable solutions on complex and challenging projects.You possess strong analytical skills and wish to develop your leadership skills.
Our role :
As part of a team, you will work on complex and challenging matters for a wide range of international and local financial services clients.
Under partner supervision, you will :
Advise and assist clients on investment fund related matters (e.g. setting up funds, amendments to fund documentation and agreements, and day-to-day questions)Participate in client meetings and conference calls and follow up on client requestsEnsure legal monitoring and conduct legal research on investment fund related mattersDraft and review documents and agreements (e.
g. organisational and governance documents, service agreements, etc.)Liaise with the CSSFWork in close cooperation with colleagues as part of a teamManage projects and supervise and train junior lawyers on the team
