Business Development Manager (Luxembourg)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Luxembourg to develop the

market. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has the ability to build and

maintain relationships at all levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate real

experience of achieving targets and generating substantial new business, ideally gained

within the Fiduciary / Trust sector.

Business Development

  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of
  • generating interest from potential clients and turn this into increased business.

  • Develop a relationship with new clients and intermediaries and provide support
  • that will continually improve the relationship.

  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do
  • business with the company

  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the
  • company’s performance.

  • Submit periodical progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Business Development Planning :

  • Strategic Planning to develop the pipeline of new business
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and
  • provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the
  • company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

    Desired Skills and Experience - Key Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in this a similar position in the fiduciary sector.
  • High standards of spoken and written in English, German and / or French.
  • Strong knowledge of the market and prior experience with Corporate and
  • Institutional clients.

  • Motivated to deliver exceptional results, exceeding business targets.
  • Strong business acumen and outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop account management strategies which drive sales growth and
  • also brand awareness.

  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with business feeders.
