The company is extremely international with their headquarters based in the city center of Luxembourg and has additional offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Paris.

We are looking for a Partner Operations Analyst to further strengthen our Operations team and contribute to the success of our partnerships and Talkwalker in the market.

Key responsibilities : Own the liaison between the Partners, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams Be working with multiple teams to support, provide problem-solving and lead initiatives to scale and improve the efficiency of Partners management and associated processes and dashboards Ensure sales leads involving partners are efficiently tracked and managed i.

  • e. prioritized, assigned to adequate teams, qualified & processed timely and resulting order forms adequately created and processed Ensure proper hand-shakes and handover of new deals to Customer Success team and that contract renewal are efficiently handled Assess and ensure that Partners’ related information in internal systems are kept up to date Troubleshoot escalations from internal stakeholders in order to move Partners related forward and communicate efficiently Assess, develop, implement and support robust processes and tools to improve, scale and support productivity and growth of our Sales Operations;
  • Qualifications : Experience in a SaaS organization and in Partnerships or Sales Operations You have the capacity to quickly learn and effectively utilize various business management software applications Good knowledge of Salesforce.
