In response to the increasing demand for our high quality transfer pricing services, we are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious :
Your Mission :
You will support the further growth of our transfer pricing practice in Luxembourg, especially with the following :
Conduct transfer pricing analyses and prepare OECD compliant documentation files for our clients across industries and for the different types of intra-
group transactions they engage in;
Conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and due diligence assignments;
Perform value chain analyses and conduct detailed functional analyses with the clients;
Take initiative in sharing knowledge, coaching and training juniors in the team;
Follow transfer pricing trends and developments in Luxembourg and internationally and discuss news with the team;
Assist in the preparation of internal and external trainings, seminars, articles and newsletters;
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, risk management and KYC;
Communicate effectively and efficiently with your team members.
Your Profile :
You have a strong transfer pricing consulting experience and ideally an economic background. A Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Tax Law is preferred.
With a structured and analytical approach, you are able to understand the needs of our clients and propose appropriate solutions;
Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus and previous experience with Luxembourg transfer pricing environment is preferable;
You take ownership of the tasks assigned to you while effectively managing the juniors in your team and the timely delivery of projects;
You are a team player and you have a strong desire to learn and adapt to new regulatory requirements and contribute in creating new solutions;
You are proficient in working with MS Office applications and the typical transfer pricing databases and software;
You have demonstrated in the past that you are good in building relationships with clients and colleagues;
You are fluent in English, French and / or German language abilities would be an asset.
