Depositary & Oversight Supervisor

Are you passionate about depositary functions? We are actively looking for an experienced depositary and oversight supervisor to join an international company providing fund and corporate services.

Depositary and Oversight Supervisor

Role based in : Luxembourg (city center)

Your job

Your role will be to ensure that all depositary duties are performed in accordance with all laws and regulatory directives.

You will have to supervise 2-3 juniors. Working closely with Depositary Account Managers, your responsibilities will include :

  • Evaluate Private Equity, Debt and Real Estate transactions and cash flows
  • Being involved in assessing AIF strategies and determining how to apply oversight procedures to each AIF
  • Obtain and assess legal documentation to fulfill depositary’s ownership verification and record keeping duties
  • Provide departmental reporting to management
  • Participate in team development activities and ad-hoc projects

    • Jobs requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in audit / accounting
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Private Equity, Real Estate, FOHF and Hedge Funds but especially in Real Estate Funds.
  • Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements
  • Good command of depositary duties and responsibilities
  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in business / finance / law
