In the role of Tax Analyst you will be responsible for :
Participate to the oversight of ongoing tax figures
Oversee tasks completed on delegated sites
Investigate on out-of-scope tolerance breaches noticed on ongoing tax figures published (German Equity Ratio, Belgian TIS)
Deeply analyse tax variations occurring on periodical events (fund fiscal year-end, year-end distribution, interim distribution)
Justify differences based on accounting entries
Liaise with accounting and tax teams in charge of taxes calculation
Investigate on issues and follow up with IT
Work on internal and external projects impacting the shareholder tax department
Implementation of regulatory changes
Integration of new clients, centralization of existing clients
Ad-hoc client request, team re-organization
To be successful in this role, your experience should include :
1 year Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent, or above.
1 year in an investor tax unit environment and / or 2 years in the fund industry
Understanding of fund accounting business
The candidate must demonstrate pro-active behaviour and ownership skills
The candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate efficiently with other colleagues and managers
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), Outlook
English, German or French considered as a plus
