Global Process Lead Sourcing
As Global Process Lead (GPL) you will be develop and execute the Source to Pay vision and strategy. Together with the Process Leads of Purchasing, Vendor Management, Master Data, Digital SCM Management and Program Management you will review and prioritise business, process and system change initiatives and align them with the long-term process vision and strategy.
You will develop global processes to meet Vodafone’s requirements and providing the appropriate level of control. You will work with Vodafone’s chosen RAPID accelerated decision-making method.
To be successful you will demonstrate results-driven leadership and be a good motivator and translate vision, strategy, and business objectives into compelling plans that enable effective implementation.
Devise and ensure delivery of a multi-year process improvement roadmap improving efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing processes
Ensure smooth adoption of innovative Sourcing processes
Define and meet goals of standardisation and compliance and generate opportunities for increased Shared Service Center penetration, cost savings and increased business user experience
Drive Efficiencies and Effectiveness as well as Simplicity
Implement the process roadmap across all assigned project managers, Shares Services and project teams and across business transformation
Monitor process performance, ensure compliance and agreed performance metrics
Liaise with Shares Services and Local market SCM to ensure excellent quality process delivery and adoption of process changes
Be a trusted advisor for demonstrating deep process design knowledge
It would be nice if you have
Exceptional leadership and communication skills including good personal presentation
Strong change management skills including cross cultural awareness
Managed virtual teams and off-shoring projects, lead large-scale change program
Business process and control acumen and ability to identify varied business problems and suggest solutions, even out of the box
Demonstrates a robust personal style and ability to manage through volatility : Increasing need to deal with ambiguity
You must have
Solid experience in procurement departments / Shared Service Centres, previous roles in global business process management and Telecommunications industry is preferred
In-depth knowledge of Source-to-Pay process design with a focus on Sourcing
Strong knowledge in managing process improvement and re-design projects on a global level
Strong experience of managing virtual teams
Ability to influence without authority
Strong client management skills, especially experience managing large-scale change programs, and senior-level communication skills
Leadership experience and capacity in adjusting
Experience in project management and delivery, and continuous improvement and innovation
Expert in daily usage of Microsoft Suite, Source-to-Pay Tool, Business Intelligence #groupresourcing
