What is the opportunity?

Fund Corporate Services (FCS) is a center of expertise within RBC I&TS Client Operations Europe. FCS supports the entire life cycle of mainstream funds from the initial set-up to their liquidation, including restructurings and day-to-day corporate life events of the funds.

FCS may act as domiciliary agent and corporate secretary of its clients. Team members within FCS are highly client facing and are exposed to internal and external stakeholders (such as the client itself, but also among others : law firms, the CSSF, auditors, external service provider, management companies, the Luxembourg Company Register or the Luxembourg Stock Exchange).

What will you do?

As Fund Domiciliation and Fund Corporate Secretary Manager, you will :

  • Monitor, coordinate and report all activities regarding the domiciliation and corporate secretary activities to the line manager;
  • Act as an industry expert, trainer and mentor for new joiners;
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the service and assist the line manager in the development of the team;
  • Act as key person to handle day-to-day queries and more complex issues raised by the team members;
  • Act as domiciliation agent and handle the complete spectrum of the domiciliation activity;
  • Organize and participate in annual general meetings by handling all relevant formalities, whilst respecting individual client requirements;

  • Be always up-to-date on Luxembourg Investment Fund Regulations, the Law on Commercial Companies as well as regulatory changes applicable for processes under responsibility of the department and analyzing the impact of such regulatory changes on our processes.
  • What do you need to succeed?


  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, investment fund laws and regulations, proven through substantial previous experience;
  • Good understanding of operational fund services;
  • Proficiency in English, French and German;
  • Client focus and being able to work in a client facing role, including excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Teamwork and Cooperation, high level of proactivity and reliability;
  • Problem solving / ability to work autonomously, under strict deadlines (being result orientated) and risk focused (i.e.
  • never assume, always check attitude).


  • Good analytical skills and depth of knowledge in fund documentation analysis.
