Account Administration Officer (M / F)
For one of our clients, a Bank, we are currently looking for a
Account Administration Officer (m / f)
Your Role :
You will be responsible for obtaining and performing analysis of customer information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements in force in Luxembourg
Tasks / responsibilities :
Organise the recording in system / database and filing into safes of all client processed documentation in a timely manner including scanning activities
Administrate, maintain and authenticate customers’ authorised signatures (lists)
Chase and follow up with customers on all missing or invalid documentation received
Coordinate and follow-up the validated documentation with other staff members within the unit (Documentation, KYC Review, Signatures teams) for final check
Prepare documentation to customers in line with internal compliance, legal and audit requirements
Qualifications / required skills :
Office administration experience. AML / KYC documentation experience is an advantage
Strong organisational and problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
Languages : Knowledge of English and French or German are required; any other language would constitute an advantage.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
