Account Administration Officer (M / F)

For one of our clients, a Bank, we are currently looking for a

Account Administration Officer (m / f)

Your Role :

You will be responsible for obtaining and performing analysis of customer information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements in force in Luxembourg

Tasks / responsibilities :

  • Organise the recording in system / database and filing into safes of all client processed documentation in a timely manner including scanning activities
  • Administrate, maintain and authenticate customers’ authorised signatures (lists)
  • Chase and follow up with customers on all missing or invalid documentation received
  • Coordinate and follow-up the validated documentation with other staff members within the unit (Documentation, KYC Review, Signatures teams) for final check
  • Prepare documentation to customers in line with internal compliance, legal and audit requirements
  • Qualifications / required skills :

  • Office administration experience. AML / KYC documentation experience is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
  • Languages : Knowledge of English and French or German are required; any other language would constitute an advantage.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
