  • Your responsibilities As a Social Media Officer (m / f) in the Digital Communications Team, you will : Animate our corporate social networks, aiming at improving engagement with our audiences;
  • Keep up to date the social media calendar.

  • To do so, you know how to identify, schedule and share different types of content, taking into account audience behaviour;
  • Create content for our social media that is purposeful and adapted to the network’s requirements; Plan and launch multi-

  • channel social media campaigns and support other digital campaigns; Manage sponsored ads on different social networks to support our business objectives;
  • Support our content marketing efforts to create, edit and distribute content on other digital channels (blog, website, podcast, video streaming) in line with our brand voice and brand values, aiming at the best possible audience engagement;
  • Animate business events using social media (live tweeting, live streaming, etc.); Help monitor, assess and maintain our corporate reputation and that of our brands across social media, using a range of monitoring tools;
  • Prepare reports on social media performance, digital trends and brand presence, among others; Assist our people in developing their digital presence by means of training and employee advocacy efforts.

    Similarly, support client training sessions linked to digital matters.

  • Your profile You hold a university degree in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations or other related field, You have a minimum of two years of professional experience in social media marketing;
  • You’re a great writer and communication specialist; You’re aware of analytics tools, metrics and social media software; You’re able to create and distribute content for different social networks;
  • You’re experienced in managing creative social media campaigns; You have experience in developing social media audiences;
  • You have excellent command of English; any other European language is an asset; You’re savvy when it comes to using online software and social media tools (Google Analytics, Adworks, Hootsuite, Sendible, Buffer, Wordpress, among others);
  • You’re able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload.
