CRM Specialist (m / f)

Role and responsibilities

Data management

  • You will oversee and manage the CRM platform and operations
  • You will ensure overall quality of client relationship data
  • You will set up, implement and continually improve data quality procedures
  • You will supervise a Data Steward
  • You will maintain and develop automation processes
  • You will help with application integration management
  • You will manage the IT processes inherent in the CRM system (scripts, data conversion etc.)
  • You will oversee the integration of data from numerous internal sources
  • User management and training
  • You will drive behavioral change on how to use and enhance user acceptance
  • You will have regular interaction with business users
  • You will be responsible for the training of business users (long-term and temporary) and also special users
  • You will create and administer users and groups
  • You will create and maintain end-user training materials, user guides, reference sheets
  • Reporting and statistics

  • You will ensure pertinent CRM statistics are produced on a regular basis
  • You will edit and / or create reports to match the needs of the firm
  • You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist on the evaluation of e-marketing activities and the CRM system in the context of e-marketing
  • You will be involved in other adhoc projects including :
  • contributing to the implementation of new technologies and projects and driving user acceptance, including high-risk, high-
  • impact projects such as leading CRM implementation of GDPR

  • liaising with IT application / security team and with e-marketing team to implement updates and ensure ongoing smooth-running of the tool
  • providing support to various roles including : Digital Marketing Lead, Head of Marketing and Communications, and Head of Markets
  • The perfect candidate

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Data Science, or other related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience managing client data within a CRM database and / or marketing automation platform (eMarketing)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. InterAction, MS Dynamics, Salesforce) and e-marketing tools (Vx or alike),
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Analytical and practical thinking with good communication skills
  • Client oriented and an effective team player
  • Well organized and meticulous in work
  • Fluent in English French and German would be an asset
