If so, we have a paid internship offer for you within our Sales Enablement Commercial department!

The Opportunity

Collaborate with subject matter experts across teams to design and develop learner-centered, blended learning materials (e-learning, video, classroom training, job aids etc.)

Conduct analysis to identify needs, context, content

Create storyboard for e-learning or educational video

You will

get coaching to improve your skills

get the unique opportunity to have full ownership of your project from conception to implementation

have flexibility in terms of balance between home office and on-site presence

So, what are the requirement of the role?

Education :

You should currently be enrolled in a European Master degree in Educational Science, Learning & Educational Technologies, Adult Learning, Organizational learning or any related field studies.

Languages : English Is must.

English Is must.

Skills & Qualifications :

Working knowledge of adult learning principles

Understanding of instructional design process is an advantage

Experience in using e-learning development tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) is an advantage

Experience using video editing software (ie. Camtasia) is an advantage

Able to work with Autonomy

Ideally available to start in September 2021 however alternative timing could be discussed based on your availability

You have to be available for 6 months and be enrolled in an university.
