Position Summary

Amazon Web Services is one of the world's fastest growing technology companies. We are now looking to hire a Executive Resourcing & Research Manager to join the AWS Executive Recruiting Team in EMEA.

Executive Recruiting enables the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the acquisition of executive talent.

The team plays an integral role in business growth, partnering with key stakeholders to provide input on talent acquisition issues as they impact organizational strategy.

The Resourcing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of research Associates to execute senior mandates by actively mapping, pipelining, and initially engaging executive talent for AWS across EMEA.

The focus of the role is driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with key internal stakeholders. You will interact with the recruiting leadership team and business leaders to understand how to best position AWS in the market while ensuring candidate experience is front of mind.

The position will ideally be based in Luxembourg, but we are also open to having the position based in London, Dublin, or Berlin.


In this role, you will manage candidate search & resourcing projects. Our Recruiters thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of talent mapping and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.

You will perform candidate generation, client / account management, prioritize your time in an extremely fast-paced environment, and provide amazing customer service.

  • Train and manage a team of researchers and maintain a balanced resource allocation across the team.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies which target multiple candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management;
  • conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.

  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
