EY Luxembourg is looking for outstanding candidates for internships of 6 to 12 months within our HR Department in our Learning team.
HR Trainee for the Learning Team (m / f) starting on December 2016 or January 2017
Your responsibilities :
Assist the Learning & Development team in training project deliveries
Liaise with internal and external services providers in the context of training organization
Act as a project manager on specific training events
Ensure the administrative follow-up of the training sessions
Ensure proper follow up of training budget and cost monitoring
Participate in the elaboration of reports to the Ministry to obtain subsidies for professional education
Ensure regular reporting towards the HR Management
