Your Tasks :

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
  • Receive, sort, record and process / distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Sending out mail and courier deliveries
  • Order front office supplies
  • Keep the board and the meeting room tidy and equipped
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Perform ad-hoc receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc
  • Work in company’s databases. Save and file appropriate documents accordingly
  • Your Profile :

  • Previous as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Fluent in English with a good level in French
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
