In order to strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for an Inside Sales : Your main responsibilities : Support Sales Team for their daily administrative tasks Be the first point of contact for customers by phone Provide product / sales information to the customers Develop initiatives to ensure sales activities’ growth Prepare quotations for clients, based on NSI sellers’ instructions Coordinate with concerned internal departments the follow-

up of order delivery, and invoices according to client’s requests by ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction Maintain an efficient working environment and good relationships with clients by reflecting a good and positive image of the company / of NSI Carry out office administrative matters including filing, correspondences and appointments Follow ups on : offers, purchase, furniture, courier, utilities, phone calls Your profile : You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in an IT environment.

You are fluent in English and French You are ambitious, flexible, proactive, organized and enthusiastic You are result and customer satisfaction orientated The offer : Permanent contract Trainings Dynamic and innovative environment Be in the position to open your career perspectives If you do not receive an answer within 20 days, you will have to consider that we will not proceed with your application.
