The EMEA Snr Product Manager builds and supports investigative, reporting, analytics and operational tools for our Loss Prevention field teams across Amazon Operations.
Our customers are Loss Prevention teams working in Fulfillment Centers, Logistics and Retail businesses. Our goal is to develop systems, web interfaces, reporting, metrics and analytics that drive investigations, establish trend analysis, identify risk and risk classification, and build LP supporting resources.
As a Snr Product Manager, your role is to :
Design, develop and maintain software platforms used all over the world
Help us root cause complex problems covering a range of LP services
Work directly with customers to understand problems and resolve requests for feature enhancements (development / build enhancements or improvements)
Work alongside other technical teams, including engineers, analysts and cross-functional groups
Own end-to-end architecture of medium to large design projects
Track and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
Troubleshooting and responding to errors, bug fixes and issue tickets
Ensure all programs comply with Amazon InfoSec standards
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or relevant work experience
Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, Access, Exception Based Reporting, etc. and the use of analytics to report and provide visibility to trends.

Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices across the development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source management, testing, and operations.
