Savvy Mobility, a product by Losch Digital Lab S.à r.l., is a state-of-the-art On Demand Mobility Platform for cities and operators to run flexible transport.

Savvy is the main initiative of Losch Group in Luxembourg to provide technology for pooled and sustainable transport. Our IT and project team is in Luxembourg and Oporto manages hundreds of vehicles for clients throughout Europe.

To increase our impact on the market, we are looking for a :

Junior Business Developer (DACH) (Luxembourg, Oporto, remote fulltime)

What is the role

  • Ensure Savvy’s growth in selected target markets and niches
  • Oversee Savvy’s top-of-the funnel sales efforts mainly in the German-speaking DACH region but also beyond
  • Lead and own inbound and outbound lead generation efforts in the area in close exchange with marketing but guided by senior team members
  • Master our multichannel and sequenced outreach approach that pairs creativity with the intelligent use of automatization tools, to ensure that Savvy is top-of- mind with potential clients
  • Assist the sales and bid team with relevant procurements or submissions
  • Nurture and maintain both our CRM as well relevant outbound sources (Savvy’s website, platforms, etc.) in coordination with marketing
  • Represent Savvy at main fairs and events in the industry
  • Be Savvy’s first visible face and know how to answer high level questions and who to refer to within the team for further questions
  • Steep career path ahead as a function of the results
  • Who you are

  • A results-driven and street-smart team-player comfortable with aspirational goals in terms of leads and eager to learn
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development for a SaaS company or technology start-up, ideally in the mobility sector
  • A careful listener who knows how to gather relevant information and discover clients’ pain points and needs, especially by phone
  • A well-organised multi-tasker comfortable using several lead generation and sales tools and handling multiple conversations in parallel
  • A natural with social media (LinkedIn, in particular), e-mails, as well as outreach by phone to get qualified intro calls for the senior sales team
  • You know to generate or request the material necessary to be successful in engaging with potential clients
  • You are a quick learner and passionate team-player willing to help other team members with submissions or presentations where needed
  • Native German-speaker, highly fluent in English
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, further degrees are a plus
  • Experience in lead generation or marketing capacity is highly valued
  • Any other European language is a plus, in particular French or Dutch.
