Within our Middle Office department , the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative services and support across the business.
Job Specification : The main responsibilities of the position will include the following (but not limited to) : - Provide general administrative support;
Manage phone calls, e-mails and correspondence; - Be responsible for the mailing, scanning, and filing of administrative documents;
Prepare documents for client meetings; - Coordinate contacts with banks, service providers, notaries and various administrations.
Prepare & encode payment instructions for client companies; Skills Required : - Degree in Business Administration / Secretarial or any related field - At least a first and relevant and successful professional experience in Luxembourg as an Administrative / Personal Assistant - Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
A commitment to provide a high-quality service; - Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent oral and written communication skills with sense of tact and diplomacy; - Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment;
Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information; - Good level of English (French or any other language would be an asset);
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) with the ability to learn other relevant systems.
