The PARS Compliance Operations Integration team is looking for a motivated and data driven Senior Program Manager with strong technical skills, analytical and communication capabilities, and a hands-on passion to dive-deep into processes that enable worldwide selection classification.

Your role will be responsible for Compliance Operation (C-Ops) OP headcount planning, optimization and load balancing across various programs and nine different locations.

It will act as an overall custodian of C-Ops OpEx in terms of cost estimation, tracking and optimization through various initiatives including opportunity identification of inflow reduction by exploring various means of automation.

You will deep dive into the existing Compliance Operations process and identify strategic opportunities to optimize cost and reduce Non-Value added activities while maintaining close relationships with various stakeholders.

The role requires strong business judgement, analytical skills, strong communication and influencing skills across various levels to solve significantly complex problems that are critical to the business and operations.

The successful candidate will create, develop and drive solutions that lead to a richer end-to-end customer and operations experience. Responsibilities include :

  • Engage fully and deep dive into processes, highlight variation and identify corresponding root causes to define best in class for best practice adoption and standardization.
  • Passion for innovation to ensure we deliver high quality programs processes that heavily rely on optimized tools, configurations and algorithms against agreed commitments.
  • Make data driven decisions and recommend strategies that achieve measurable results for continuous improvement and change management.
  • Develop and drive scalable end-to-end process improvement across worldwide classification related processes.
  • Drive speed, quality, and simplification throughout by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work / hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variance through standardization and automation.
  • Develop and launch a sustainable process to formulate the key and priority process changes to eliminate gaps, evaluate risks, permanently and proactively solve root causes.
  • Develop accurate and relevant metric-driven analysis to foster continuous improvement and step-function innovation that will enhance our internal and external customer experience.
