This is an exciting opportunity to join an aviation services company and to develop your skills. As a Senior Manager, you will report to the Director and will be responsible for cultivating relationships with lessors, sourcing new opportunities, successfully cooperating with other departments on leasing related matters.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct analysis and reports on market data

Review, structure, negotiate and execute complex transactions, acquisitions, source funding

Review lease credit documents and comply with policies and procedures

Participate to new business Purchase Streamline

Prepare appropriate materials for internal external presentations

Assist and collaborate with other internal departments on regular and ad-hoc queries related to upcoming or closed transactions

Maintain excellent relationships with leasing companies, retail banks and investors

Ability to supervise and train colleagues

Perform any other duties as required

Your Profile

5+ years of experience in aviation leasing or finance or asset management industry

Fluent in English, any additional languages will be considered as a plus

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Strong problem-solving, decision making and negotiation skills

Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with other teams

Advanced user of Microsoft Applications

International travel may be required
