Come join the team and help us make history! The AMZL EU Engagement Manager seeks to improve the overall satisfaction and engagement of drivers on the last mile and make AMZL and our partner the preferred choice.
You will be the first POC to work on driver related initiatives and to build a driver friendly culture. The Engagement Manager plays an active role in defining goals, creating a plan to achieve those goals, and driving change together with in-country teams and third parties.

Key Job Responsibilities : # Own the voice of the DSP / Driver # Partner with local Operations and DSP Management to create a culture that puts the driver satisfaction in the focus # Become the POC for all driver related initiatives across the country, work directly with various stakeholder on the implementation and maintenance of driver related initiatives # Visit stations and engage with drivers to understand problems and improvement opportunities # Organize and attend meetings with DSPs # Liaise with DSPs to understand issues in recruiting and attrition # Monitor driver satisfaction KPI and drive actionable reports # Develop new methods to measure driver satisfaction # Run trainings for Amazon managers and DSPs to increase awareness for driver satisfaction BASIC QUALIFICATIONS # 5+ years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain program and / or account management # BA / BS degree or equivalent # Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously delivering multiple programs on time # Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively and problem-solve # Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills # Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams # Strong executive presentation skills # Willingness to travel # Proficient with Microsoft Office # Professional fluency in English is required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS # MBA degree # 7+ experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain / Program and / or account management # Previous experience leading a rapid expansion plan # Strategic entrepreneurial thinking Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
