Digital Transformation Experience Designer / UX Designer (f / m) The opportunity We are looking for a new colleague who will be part of our amazing Digital Team in Luxembourg.

As a part of Digital transformation, you would need to significantly contribute to the design of new digital user experiences and enhancements to existing digital experiences while leveraging sound knowledge of the user experience journey.

Furthermore, evaluate findings from user research and produces wireframes and prototypes to enhance the level of engagement and satisfaction that a user derives from the product Your key responsibilities

  • Drive research projects to further develop the understanding of customers and validate design choices before and after development
  • Deliver UX research outputs through the UX phases
  • Lead UX workshops with internal and external stockholders in order to further develop the understanding of customers and validate design choices before and after development
  • Design useful, accessible, scalable features that delight our customers
  • Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture, interaction specifications, and prototypes
  • Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant, consistent user interfaces
  • Present design work to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback
  • Proactively manage your own work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate needs and tradeoffs if prioritization changes
  • Collaborate and work as an active team member into an Agile Organization.
  • Develop UX design best practices ( , style guides, pattern libraries) and UX deliverables templates (UX Approach, User Journey, Site Map, Personas, User Flows, etc.).
  • Collaborate with UI Designers to develop prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Supports with the organization and facilitation of meetings and workshops that align with project phase and client goals
  • Escalates potential business opportunities on existing projects Skills and attributes for success
  • Mastery of principles and methods in core discipline and knowledge of how all disciplines work together.
  • Highly advanced knowledge of UX approach and process : Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.
  • Able to communicate principles and methods powerfully and simply in core discipline; has a strong command of related disciplines.
  • Exceptional UX / UI design experience in a web, and / or digital product environment.
  • Significant experience in working with and managing a design team.
  • Are professional, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly changing environment To qualify for the role you must have
