About theRole : You will become part of and manage a team of lawyers,accountants and secretarial support who jointly manage a portfolioof client companies.

You will strive to provide high qualityservices to our clients and at the same time meeting the KPI's andtargets set by senior management.

You show a 'can do' attitude inall aspects of the role, are a self-starter and focused on and takepride in the achievement of personal, team and organizationalgoals.

You actively contribute in maintaining and expanding Citco'sbusiness and help to maintain and improve Citco's operationalprocedures.

  • Job Duties in Brief : Ensure uniformity in processes& team structures and management in Luxembourg and otherEuropean locations Manage and monitor the timing and quality of theteam's client deliverables Interact with senior management andmanage overall relationships for multiple clients Provide technicaland industry knowledge to clients as well as to internalstakeholders Enhance current servicing levels, deliver beyondclient expectations Establish and manage plans for new client setupand transitions Team resource planning Coordinate with Accountinggroup, Tax group, and Investor Relations groups internally Liaisewith auditors, lawyers, notaries and other professional externalparties Ensure an effective training and development plan is inplace for the Legal / CoSec staff Develop management & technicalskills of managers Provide support to the managers, assisting themto effectively deal with staff and resource issues Budgetpreparation & manage costs within the department Ensure fulladherence & implementation of the corporate & local riskpolicies About You : University degree in corporate, notarial orfiscal law, or a similar academic background;
  • At least 8 years ofrelevant industry experience and (proven) managerial experience;Commercial, service-minded, hands-on and dynamic attitude plusinternational mind-set;
  • Strong analytical skills and leading byexample; Excellent (interpersonal) communication skills, bothverbal and written (English with French preferred);
  • Good planningand time management / prioritization skills; Ability to work in ateam and autonomously as well as liaising with other departmentswithin a large organization.
