Team overview HR team of 5 providing a full HR service to the Luxembourg office of approximately 300 employees / consultants & interns.
We also provide HR support to our European branches (Belgium, Netherlands, Israel, Italy ).
Who we look for The assistant will be responsible for providing efficient and high quality administration and advisory services in relation to payroll preparation, benefits administration and general HR services to employees and management.
In order to succeed in the role the candidate should be technically strong in systems, reporting, local labour law and taxation, procedures and processes as well as focussed on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients, external providers and team members within Luxembourg and the broader global HR team.
Overview of role Payroll Tracking relevant changes that impact payroll on a monthly basis and completing payroll preparation for Luxembourg and branches.
Co-ordination of annual interest subsidy process including validation of taxation status.
Coordination of payroll and benefits during the employee lifecycle Administration of probation process.
Excellent PC skills in excel, word and interest in new software and reporting eg.
